The main floor has a very large living room with a gas fireplace, large windows for enjoying the water view, and French doors that open to the large terraced decks. Our fully stocked open kitchen with a casual dining area is a perfect place to prepare and enjoy your family dinner. Or dim the lights and set the table in the formal dining area with fireplace. There is a laundry room and bathroom also located on the main level.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom and bath. This bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and sitting area. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with flat screen TV and a walk in shower. There is also a guest bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a large marble walk-in shower, and library/TV room with a hide-a-bed sofa.
The attic is a perfect place for a whole family to stay if visiting with extended family or friends. The attic is one very large room with a double bed, small childs bed, and crib. The room is
furnished with a TV, DVD player, and many wonderful toys and books for the kids enjoyment.
The property boasts an incredible man made river down to a coy pond and great decks for BBQing or sun bathing. We have a fire pit for roasting s'mores and enjoying the evening sunsets down by the water. Boat moorage on the buoy directly in front of the house is also
available for those wishing to bring their boat.
