Our facility is non-smoking.

Rates do not include State and Local Sales and Use Tax of 8.4%.

Summer Season: Our summer season is from June 1st, 2007 to September 4th, 2007.  

Holidays include: New Year’s Eve & Day, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Christmas Eve & Day.

Payment: Reservations not confirmed until payment is received. Payments accepted by check or Paypal

Fido Fee: Add $5.00 per night non-refundable and a $50.00 fully refundable damage deposit.  Very well behaved dogs only.  We reserve the right to charge more if any damage that occurs is extensive. The Ship Inn is equipped with a picket fence for roaming around freely.  The Lodge and Blue Heron are not fenced and your dog will need to remain in your presence or tethered when outside.

Refundable Damage Deposit:
For The Lodge and Ship Inn: Damage deposit may be needed for extended stays only.
For The Blue Heron: Add $150.00 to all reservations. Deposit will be fully refunded upon guests departure and a house inspection.

Non-refundable Cleaning Fees:
For The Lodge and Ship Inn: For stays of 5 nights and longer only, add $25.00 for every fifth night.
For The Blue Heron: Add $50.00 for all stays under 7 nights. For stays of nights and longer, add $50.00 for every seventh night.

General Cleanup: Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes in all of our accommodations. Guests staying at the Blue Heron are also responsible for cleaning out the refrigerator, hauling their own garbage and recyclables to the properties receptacles, and replacing items used to their original place.

Cancellations:

For The Lodge and Ship Inn:
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival with a $50.00 fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks will be charged the amount of nights unrented plus the $50.00 fee. 

For The Blue Heron:
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival with a $100.00 fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks will be charged amount of nights unrented plus the $100.00 fee.
