Our facility is non-smoking. Summer Season: Our summer season is from June 1st, 2007 to September 4th, 2007. Holidays included are New Year’s Eve & Day, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas Eve & Day. Payment: Reservations not confirmed until payment is received. Payments accepted by check or Paypal Fido Fee: Add $5.00 per night non-refundable and a $50.00 fully refundable damage deposit. Very well behaved dogs only. We reserve the right to charge more if any damage that occurs is extensive. The Ship Inn is equipped with a picket fence for roaming around freely. The Lodge and Blue Heron are not fenced and your dog will need to remain in your presence or tethered when outside. Cleaning Fee: (for extended stays) Add $25.00 for every fifth night for stays at The Lodge or Ship Inn. Add $75.00 for every fourteenth night for the Blue Heron (laundry facility available for guests use). Cancellations: For The Lodge and Ship Inn: Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival with a $50.00 fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks will be charged the amount of nights unrented plus the $50.00 fee. For The Blue Heron: Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival with a $100.00 fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks will be charged amount of nights unrented plus the $100.00 fee. We will make every effort to re-rent your cottage!
